It is not surprising to see Man committing SIN, but it is surprising to see him repeating the same SIN and it’s more surprising to see him not repent for it.
That’s the reason Allah swt calls mankind to ask for forgiveness, as he is Most Merciful and oft forgiving.
So brothers and sisters lets repent for our sins with fear and sincerity in this blessed month.

Allah swt Say In The Holy Quran,
Say (O Muhammed pbhu): "I am but a man like yourselves, (but) the inspiration has come to me, that your Allah is one Allah. whoever expects to meet his Lord, let him work righteousness, and, in the worship of his Lord, admit no one as partner.
Surah Al-Kahf : 110
