Al-Mu'minūn (The Believers) - سورة المؤمنون
Chapter 23 Verse 12-16
12. And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay.
13. Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging.
14. Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah , the best of creators.
15. Then indeed, after that you are to die.
16. Then indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, will be resurrected.

Al-'Insān (The Man) - سورة الانسان
Chapter 76 Verse 1-3
 1. Has there [not] come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing [even] mentioned?
2. Indeed, We created man from a sperm-drop mixture that We may try him; and We made him hearing and seeing.
3. Indeed, We guided him to the way, be he grateful or be he ungrateful.

Al-'Infiţār (The Cleaving) - سورة الإنفطار
Chapter 82 Verse 6-8
6. O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,
7. Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you?
8. In whatever form He willed has He assembled you.
